Free tools (NexaTools): We collect absolutely no personal data. All calculations — salary, tax, mortgage, RRSP, TFSA — happen entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers.
For the contact form on this site, if you choose to reach out, we receive your name, email address, and message. This is used only to respond to your enquiry and is never shared with third parties.
For AI products (ClearSign, RoastMyIdea): Content you submit for analysis may be processed through Claude AI (Anthropic). Please review Anthropic's privacy policy for details on their data handling. We do not store your submitted content after processing.
All calculations on NexaTools happen directly in your web browser using JavaScript. This means:
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on our free tools. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioural tracking.
Some pages may use essential technical cookies for functionality (such as dark/light mode preferences stored locally). These cookies contain no personal information and are never shared with third parties.
NexaTools (nexatools.infinit5.com) uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense may use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google's ad settings. This does not affect our tool data handling — your calculator inputs remain entirely private regardless of ad settings.
Our products are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect minimal technical data (IP addresses, request logs) for security and performance. This is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
AI analysis features use Anthropic's Claude API. Content submitted for analysis is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
We do not use or embed any of the following: Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Twitter/X Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Segment, or any user behaviour analytics.
Since we do not collect, store, or process personal data through our free tools, infinit5 is compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by design.
If you have contacted us by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence at any time by emailing infinit5hq@gmail.com.
As a Canadian company, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Our approach to privacy — collecting nothing, processing client-side — means we have minimal obligations under PIPEDA. Any personal information received via contact forms is handled with appropriate security measures and used only for its stated purpose.
For data that does pass through our systems (contact form submissions, AI analysis requests), we use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption in transit and secure hosting via Cloudflare. We do not store payment information under any circumstances.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at infinit5hq@gmail.com and we will delete it immediately.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not reduce your privacy protections without clear notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
